  2.  Are leasing options available?
    PAPC has leasing options available through third party lenders, with flexible options tailored for your equipment needs. Please contact your account manager for details.
  3.  Will I still receive my exclusive discount on equipment and furnishings if I order direct with the manufacturer?
    No, in order to receive the discount, you must place your order through PAPC.
  4. How long does it take to receive a quote?
    One of our core values is great customer service. We strive to maintain a 24-hour turn around time. Depending on the complexity of the quotation, it may take longer but you will be notified.
  5. When requesting a quotation, what do I need to provide?
    When requesting a quotation, please provide specifications, including model number, voltages, gas or electric, finishes and accessories if known. We will then provide pricing for the model and any comparable units competitively priced. 


  1. Furniture/Flatware/Large Equipment
    Manufacturers of certain indoor furniture, flatware, china and some large equipment register bids for quotations. In this process, the first equipment supply company that submits their bid enjoys a much larger discount than distributors who submit after the fact qualifying them as uncompetitive. It is then up to that distributor to pass along the savings. PAPC values your business and keep our margins minimal.
  2. Free Freight
    Many equipment dealers announce free freight on their websites. What they do not tell you, however, is they do charge for lift gate and additional delivery services. For LTL shipments, if you do not have a loading dock, you will most likely need lift gate services which can run between $75.00 to $150.00. Some large manufacturers do offer free freight which includes transportation from manufacturer to your club. If you require additional services as in lift gate and installation, please inform your account manager.
  3. Warranty
    All new equipment comes with a full factory warranty.
  4. Shipping Damages
    You only have 5 days to file a claim for any damaged items so each shipment should be inspected upon receipt. If damage is obvious, refuse the shipment. Once shipment has been opened and there is damage, contact PAPC immediately at 1-800-894-0702. If you find concealed damage within 5 days, contact PAPC immediately at 1-800-894-0702.
